why do it?
White Water Rafting is THE most popular and most social adrenalin sports. White water rafting is not just getting you down the river, it's a way of life for us. Year round you will catch us out and about, making the most of the constantly changing rapids and exhilarating stretches of white water in Perthshire.
White-Water Rafting are large inflatable crafts specially constructed to carry up to 6 -8 adrenalin-seeking participants down rivers of varying difficulty - from the tame to the wildly exciting, we have something to offer everyone.
when & which river ?
Throughout the year the rivers we paddle change. Please ask on booking - which river we will be rafting at that time.
River Tay (Grade 2/3+) . Year round, min age. 10yrs. from £40.
The River Tay provides the ideal intoduction to rafting though in high water can still provide an adrenalin buzz. The 8 mile stretch offers the chance to learn the fundamentals of paddling before the crescendo of the whitewater slalom course at the end of the run.
River Tummel (Grade 3/4+). June - End Sept, weekends only. 18 yrs. from £50.
The Tummel provides guaranteed higher grade rafting with (hopefully) great sunshine and warm weather. The Tummel is technically more challenging than the Tay however is still ideal for newcomers and improvers !
River Braan (Grade 3-5). Oct - March, dep on river levels (min age 18 yrs). from £65.
One of the most exhilirating rivers. High grade and technically challenging rafting - this is suited to those looking for a high adrenalin buzz on the water.
River Orchy (Grade 3 - 5+). Nov - March (18yrs only). from £90.
A winter river - probably the highest grade commercially rafted river in the UK. Does require high water but an absolute buzz everytime.
Anything else?
All transport to/from our centre is included (except the River Orchy).
White Water Rafting provides a fantastic half day activity and is ideally suited as part of a Multi-Activity Day.
EVENING TRIPS on the Tummel and a BBQ also available on request. We'll bring the Bangers, you bring a sense of fun and adventure.

River Tay - £45pp (£40pp for groups)
River Tummel - £50pp (£45pp for groups)
River Braan - £60pp (as above)
River Orchy - £100pp, full day trip including lunch
Evening trips - as above, dependant on river rafted.
