- How Do I Book?
The quickest and easiest way to book is online. Select activity and click “Book Now”. If you do have any queries you can also send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 08450 178177.
- How Do I Confirm My Booking?
We require a 50% deposit to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your activity.
- How Do I Pay?
You can pay online, over the phone via Credit/Debit Card or via BACS.
- What If I Need to Cancel?
Unfortunately the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 14 days before the activity.
- Do You Offer Group Discounts?
We offer a 5% discount to Groups of 12+.
- What If I am Under 16?
Under 16’s must have parental consent, this can be done on the day by parent or guardian or please download parental consent form here and bring along with you. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Do I Need To Be Able To Swim?
No, but water confidence is required for all water activities. For some of our advanced trips the ability to swim is preferred.
- What Should I Bring?
For all Water Activities please bring swim wear, towel and old pair of trainers (no flip-flops or sandals please) and a sense of adventure!
- How Fit Do I Need To Be?
A basic level of fitness is required for all activities. For the advanced activities ie Tummel White Water Rafting and Extreme Canyoning a good level of fitness is essential.
- Are There Weight Restrictions?
Yes. For most activities weight restrictions apply, if you are over 18 stone, please contact us to discuss.
- How Long Does It Last?
Our Water Activities last approximately 2.5 – 3 hours. This duration includes safety briefing, kitting up and transport to and from the activity. Our Land Activities range from 1 – 3 hours. Please see individual activity for exact duration.
- Do You Provide Transport?
We provide transport to and from the Nae Limits Activity Centre to all Water Activity locations (except the River Tummel White Water Rafting, which meets at Wester Clunie Farm, PH16 5NF). Our Land Activities take place from various locations, please note transport to and from is NOT included.
- What Facilities Do You Provide?
At the Nae Limits Centre we provide male and female changing rooms, toilets, tuck shop, media room, picnic tables and ample parking. Please note we do not have shower facilities, sorry.
- Do You Provide Food?
Yes. We have a tuck shop in the Nae Limits Centre offering drinks, crisps and confectionary. You can also pre-book packed lunches this includes Sandwiches, Drink, Crisps, Chocolate & Fruit. For larger groups we can offer buffet style lunches. Located next door is a Garden Centre offering light snacks, tea & coffee and for a greasier option there is a Motor Grill located 2 minutes’ walk from the Nae Limits centre.
- Do You Provide Photographs?
Yes, we aim to provide photos, taken by our professional photographers on every trip. This is subject to meeting minimum numbers.
- How Much Do Photos Cost?
At the end of every trip you have the opportunity to purchase photos. Depending on the trip our photographers will take between 40 and 150 photographs. They can be purchased on the day. Photographs can only be purchased on a per group basis. The average is around £5 per person.
- How Do I Access My Photos?
All photos from the trips are uploaded onto our website. To access the photos click here. Go to ‘my photographs’ select ‘all my photos’ then select the month of your trip and the date. You will be required to enter a password, which will have been given to you when you purchased your photos.
- Can I Bring My Camera?
Unfortunately not during the trip, due to health and safety reasons.
