12.30pm - BREAK FOR LUNCH !
1.30pm - Back at Nae Limits, add another activity from the above list
4.45pm - End your day with time to make it back to your accommodation to get ready for what's bound to be a night to remember! (or in some cases time to relax)

All year round
We can offer expert advice on accommodation, places to eat, drink and dance if you fancy. We can also help arrange transport to your activities.
Lunch can be pre-ordered for £5pp and consists of Freash Sandwiches, crisps, a tray bake and your choice of tea/coffee or a canned soft drink. Outside caterers can also be requested for a BBQ by the river or a hot meal of your choice from £15pp.
Special Events - If you need inspiration, we will be more than happy to suggest adding in an orienteering challenge, a raft race or activity with a difference!
Evening White Water Rafting - We'll bring the Bangers, you bring a sense of fun and adventure.
