Experience white water rapids and beautiful Scottish scenery as you enjoy your white water rafting trip down the River Tay!

River Tubing: Minimum Age 6+
River Tubing is another great alternative for families with little ones. Promising so much fun for the whole family, river tubing is also a fantastic alternative to white water rafting – if you are looking to try something different.
Float down stunning, historic gorges and see Scotland from a different perspective. Feeling brave? Opt for a faster river and test your mettle on the rapids.
The days out in Scotland might be spent in a big blue inflatable tube! Bounce down the Killiecrankie Gorge that bore witness to the famous Jacobite battle and keep your eyes peeled for Peallaidh – the area’s local water guardian.

Gorge Walking: Minimum Age 6+
For little legs looking to try Canyoning, why not try Gorge Walking instead! With a lower difficultly level, kids age 6+ will have the opportunity to explore the gorge by foot, while sliding, crawling and scrambling over the rock faces with their friends and family.
It is no doubt a more challenging adventure but the buzz is insane and younger visitors will leave feeling energised and exhilarated from the experience – a good night’s sleep is definitely guaranteed after this one.

Bungee Jumping: Minimum Age 14+
This is one for the big kids! Challenge your teenager to the ultimate thrill-seeking experience, by taking on the UK’s famous Highland Fling Bungee Jump in Killiecrankie with Nae Limits. Famous for being the only permanent bungee jump location in Scotland, the Highland Fling is a 40-meter free-fall from the River Garry Bridge towards the cool Scottish waters below. You’ll fall at up to 50 miles an hour before being sprung back up towards your spectators at the nearby viewing platform.
The Highland Fling Bungee Jump is a unique experience due to the surrounding Perthshire landscapes and wildlife. Enjoy aerial views of the River Garry from our Bridge Jumping Platform, and keep an eye out for beavers, crossbills, and red squirrels – you might only get a quick glimpse on the way down!

Bridge Swing: Minimum Age 10+
Available to slightly younger visitors is our Killiecrankie Bridge Swing. Don’t be fooled by it’s name, this is no leisurely ride. You’ll be harnessed up on our jumping platform, 40 meters from the River Garry.
You’ll then be dropped into a free fall to around 15 meters from the water below before the rope takes the slack and you’ll accelerate through an arc under the bungee platform where the main anchors are attached.
Make sure you bring your go-pros to capture this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Spectators are also permitted in the nearby viewing platforms and will be able to video you taking the plunge.

Clay Pigeon Shooting: Minimum Age 12+
Are you ready to be the rootinest tootinest cowboy in the wild, wild west?! Teens can try their hand at clay pigeon shooting in the beautiful Scottish town of Dunkeld.
Clay pigeon shooting is an exhilarating sport that involves shooting a firearm at flying targets known as clay pigeons or “clays”. Targets are launched into the air, simulating a bird in flight; it’s your job to shoot the target down.
Dunkeld County Clays (just off the A9) is the perfect countryside setting to test your aim. Beginners benefit from complete guidance from a patient, expert instructor. Once you learn the basics, you’ll be blasting clay targets like a pro! Seasoned shots can hone their skills with simulated pheasant, incoming duck and bolting rabbit. With 50 targets to choose from there’s something for all abilities and ages!

Do your children think that they could drive better than you? Put that talk to the test with our Quad Biking experience! From the Nae Limit’s base camp at Ballinluig (easily accessible via the A9) our legendary guides will lead you through Scotland’s epic scenery.
Pitlochry is a picturesque village in the heart of Scotland and our quad biking trail takes you through farmland, woodland and finally to breath-taking views of the River Tay, River Tummel, Ben Y Vrackie and Schiehallion.
