How Do I Confirm My Booking?
We require a 50% deposit to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your activity.

How Do I Pay?
You can pay online, over the phone via Credit/Debit Card or via BACS.

What If I Choose to Cancel?  Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 14 days before the activity after which the full amount will be withheld.

For all bookings cancelled due to COVID, you will have been contacted by our office staff.  At this time you will have been offered a reschedule within the next 12 months or a refund.  If you have opted for a reschedule then the normal booking conditions will apply. to the new date with regards cancellations and refunds.

For those who wish to pursue the refund option, these will be dealt with on a case by case, date by date basis.  They will be subject to the terms and conditions accepted on booking – that is that deposits are non-refundable but that any amount paid over and above 50% deposit will be transferred back to the group within 14 days.

If you wish to pursue the full amount, we suggest you contact your card provider to enable a chargeback – they in turn will debit our account if the claim stands.

What If I am Under 16?
Under 16’s must have parental consent, this can be done on the day by parent or guardian or please download parental consent form here and bring along with you. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.


What Facilities Do You Provide?
At the Nae Limits Centre we provide male and female changing rooms, toilets, a cafe, media room,  ample parking and EV chargers if required. Please note we do not have shower facilities, sorry.

Do You Provide Food?
Yes. We have an onsite cafe at the Nae Limits Centre offering breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks.  You can also pre-book packed lunches, BBQ’s or buffets.  Larger groups are welcome to exclusively hire the cafe for meeting space or otherwise. 


Do I Need To Be Able To Swim?
No, but water confidence is required for all water activities. For some of our advanced trips the ability to swim is preferred.

What Should I Bring?
For all Water Activities please bring swim wear, towel and old pair of trainers (no flip-flops or sandals please) and a sense of adventure!

How Fit Do I Need To Be?
A basic level of fitness is required for all activities. For the advanced activities ie Tummel White Water Rafting and Extreme Canyoning a good level of fitness is essential.

Are There Weight Restrictions?
Yes. For most activities weight restrictions apply, if you are over 18 stone, please contact us to discuss.

How Long Does It Last?
Our Water Activities last approximately 2.5 – 3 hours. This duration includes safety briefing, kitting up and transport to and from the activity. Our Land Activities range from 1 – 3 hours. Please see individual activity for exact duration.

Do You Provide Transport?
We provide transport to and from the Nae Limits Activity Centre to all Water Activity locations (except the River Tummel White Water Rafting, which meets at Wester Clunie Farm, PH16 5NF).  Our Land Activities take place from various locations, please note transport to and from is NOT included.


Do You Provide Photographs?
Yes, we aim to provide photos, taken by our professional photographers on every trip. This is subject to meeting minimum numbers.

At the end of every trip you can enjoy viewing the photos free of charge with the opportunity to purchase access to the gallery. Depending on the trip our photographers will take between 50 and 150 photographs. Photographs are purchased on a per group basis. The average is around £10 per person with deals for larger groups & families.

All the photos are uploaded to The Adventure Photographers’ website. To access your shots click here. Once into the galleries you’ll be required to enter the password you were given at the time of purchase. From your gallery you can then download all the photos you like from the trip in high-resolution.

Can I Bring My Camera?
Unfortunately not during the trip, due to health and safety reasons.
